You will truly love this ground floor poolside condo in Carolina Keyes subdivision in North Myrtle Beach. The community has 2 pools which are available to renters seasonally. The two area pools are closed Oct 1-April 1 but the pool decks and hot tubs are available and maintained year round. (with pool bracelets provided). The pool that this property overlooks also has a hot tub. The neighborhood backs up to the Intercoastal Waterway. There are picnic tables and grills available for use, overlooking the waterway. The location is minutes from Main Street and the beach(1 1/2 miles) and very close to the sports complex. There is so much for families to do in the area such as miniature golf. There is lots of night life close by with live music at many of the venues.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely amazing, convenient, beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The property was just as described: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.During our stay, we encountered an unexpected situation that was completely outside the owner’s control.
