Summary: The house was clean. The air filters were way too dirty. We remove the one downstairs and replace the one upstairs, the trash cans were full maggots on the ground. Lots of flies. We were a little upset that in the neighborhood where we were that seven out of 10 houses were boarded up with hazard signs on the doors about unsafe property. It did not give us a feeling of security. The house next-door on our second day there moved in a big dumpster which we couldn’t park in the driveway because they were throwing debris in it and that one on our last two days there.
