Bring EVERYONE together for fun and mountain relaxation at Dolly's Retreat. This beautiful duplex property is newly renovated and designed for a fun and relaxing stay in the Smokies. Both units sleep up to 22 guests and boasts 2 king beds, 4 queen size beds, and 5 bunk beds, fully stocked kitchens, and each a large hot tub with woodsy views under twinkling lights. Perfect for two or more families vacationing together with plenty of space for everyone. This quaint location is surrounded by nature and close enough to take advantage of all the major attractions in the Smokies. Located close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but away from the crazy hustle and bustle.

The space
- 2 Fully-equipped kitchens with plenty of pots and pans, baking supplies, utensils, dishes, and glasses. All you've got to do is bring the food! Small appliances include a microwave, blender, four-slice toaster, and crock pot in each unit.
- Coffee maker and lots of coffee, sugar, and filters for you to stay caffeinated during your stay.
- Living room features a Roku-enabled TV, DVD player, and Sega Genesis Mini Console with 40 games.
- Each unit features 2 full bathrooms with garden bathtubs and showers. Plenty of towels are available! Each side also has a half bath.
- Each master bedroom is on the main level, can be accessed without using stairs, and features a king-sized bed, large closet, Roku TV, and en suite full bathroom with garden tub and shower.
- Each unit downstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with two queen-sized beds,
-The third bedroom on the left side has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin-sized beds total), and the right side features 3 sets of bunk beds (6 twin-sized beds total)
-Each side has a full bathroom in the hallway downstairs that has a garden tub and shower. All bedrooms have a Roku TV and large closets for storing all your stuff. There's a foosball table in the bunk bedroom on the right side and a football table in the game room on the left side.
-Each unit has an upper deck with seasonal wooded views. This is a great place to sip a cup of coffee and wake up slowly.
- The large hot tubs are downstairs on each side with twinkle lights overhead to give you and your friends and family the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

This property is located in a quiet part of town called Catons Chapel, where Dolly Parton grew up!

Other things to note
Each master bedroom and main living space is located on the main floor of the property and can be accessed without using stairs. The other two bedrooms are on each side, and the hot tubs are located down one flight of stairs.
The water at this property is supplied by a well. The water goes through a filter before coming out of the faucets and is perfectly safe to drink; some guests prefer to purchase bottled water for their stay.
