Nestled in the heart of this quiet Johnson Ranch community, 25 minutes from Mesa/Gateway airport 50 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, w/loft, 2 car garage with RV gates for your toys. Bring the golf cart. Within minutes of walking or a golf cart drive you can enjoy 18 holes on the Johnson Ranch Championship golf course and club house. Also enjoy the many amenities of the 3 community heated pools and spas, tennis courts, basketball courts ,volleyball courts, and commen area green belts. Also walking distance or short hop in the cart, Fry's marketplace, Bank of America, Bank One, Walgreens, car wash, and a large variety of fast food take out or dine in restaurants. This home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home and more. Gas barbecue, 40" and 32" flatscreen HDTV's. Wireless Internet, King bed in the master, queen beds in the second and third bedroom.
