Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice and in a great location; however, it's clear it's been a rental for awhile. We walked into a pretty distinct musty smell. Back doors where difficult to open and screens were broken. Pool area was nice but none of the deck chairs had cushions making them pretty uncomfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked in terms of cutlery and utensils. AC downstairs went out midway through the stay -- the management company was quick to respond. Kids were disappointed to find the Fooz ball table broken and only a single oar for the kayaks. We had a nice stay, but we won't be renting this property again.
