This magnificent villa will make you hardly leave this charming place. At the entrance we find a parking space for 3 cars, from where we access the upper floor, where a large balcony welcomes us with views of the private pool that is the heart of the villa with its large terrace surrounded by hammocks, an outdoor chill-out area. Another outdoor dining area with gas barbecue. The exterior is surrounded by a subtle Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The entire accommodation is distributed over two independent floors, connected only by external stairs. With a modern decoration with attention to detail and comfortable furniture. From the parking lot, a few stairs take us to the upper floor, we access through the large balcony a spacious living-dining room with SAT+TV+A/C, a small fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with A/C. and another bedroom with a bunk bed, which share a complete bathroom with shower. External stairs lead to the lower level, where we find a kitchen open to the pool terrace, ideal for the summer months. Continued by two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
