The villa can provide accommodations for up to 12 people in 5 spacious bedrooms, of which 1 queen size en-suite , 1 queen, 1 twin en-suite, 1 twin and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a couch bed. All inside areas are fully air-conditioned and the villa also features a pool side bar and fully equipped kitchen area. The Villa offers free private parking for 2 cars.
Entire property is available to our guests.
The villa is located in a private gated community nestled in a beach-fringed forested area, offering a unique experience of privacy, security and comfort. Sani Beach is just 50m from the Villa. The five star hotels located nearby can provide many extra services for our guests including spa facilities, restaurants, vehicle rentals, water sports and amazing cultural/culinary tours in the surrounding areas.
Walking and biking are easy in the neighbourhood. 2 free private parking spaces are available inside the property. There are various parking lots throughout Sani Resort (paid).

Villa Rules-The House
The below rules form part of the rental agreement and must be observed at all times. Please be aware that this is a self catering private villa located in the Sani Club Hotel Area. Off-course as a paying guest you can use the services of the hotel if you so wish but at no time are we responsible if any of such service is denied given hotel regulations.
• Checkout is atunless otherwise agreed. Please make sure you are ready byso as to enable Odyseas to check the house for damages.
• Three sets of keys are provided and 2 remote controls one for the gate of the complex and one for the villa itself. Please inform us immediately if a set of keys is lost. To replace a set is 50 Euros and to replace a remote is 80 Euros.
• Please respect Greek quiet times, from 15::30 and 23::00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• All doors and windows must be locked when not in the house. The owners cannot accept responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen while on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed within the premises, unless you have obtained prior approval from the host.
• Please don't leave lights and Ac/heating on when leaving the house. It's bad manners.
• Please don't operate Ac with windows/doors open. It wastes electricity and may overload the electrical system causing potentially burning the Ac system motherboards.
• Remote control for the tent by the pool is found next to the Tv. If it is windy please do not keep it down all the way as it may be ripped off and collapse. There is also a remote control for the vertical side panel. If any of the two are lost there is a replacement cost of 50 Euros.
• There are grey pool towels provided, Not to be taken to the beach. Also the white towels are for use inside the house only. Replacement cost is 10 Euros per towel.
• Please do not put the wine, champagne and cocktail glasses found on the shelves in the living room cabinet in the dishwasher.
• Please note that when inviting guests they have to respect the Villa Rules and also never sleep in the villa. The max occupancy of the villa must be respected at all times.
• Parties are not allowed without prior permission from the host.
• Bar sink is to be used only for washing fruits and hands, Not a kitchen sink.
• Recyclable items must be disposed separately. They must be clear of food particles, use two different bags.
• Please note the gardener and the caretaker of the pool enters twice weekly in the afternoon.

• Tap water is not drinkable.
• Hot water is provided by a petrol boiler. So there is constant supply of hot water. If for some reason there is no hot water check the safety switch to make sure it is on.
• All rooms have air-conditioning units.
• There are 3 smart Tvs in the house.
• Outdoor garden lighting turns on and off automatically.
• Sprinklers water the garden automatically. Therefore appliances and valuable items mustn't be left in the garden at night.
• Housekeeper provides cleaning and changes the sheets every 4days. For anything extra please contact Odysseas.
• There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room with English instructions in the basement. Drying racks are provided also in the same room that can be used in the back area of the house.
• There are 4 hair dryers in the house, one in each bathroom.
• The first aid kit is located in the drawer in the small furniture in the corridor entrance
• The are 3 fire extinguishers, (suited for use against both electrical fire and ordinary combustibles) located in each floor.
• There is free inside the premises private parking for 2 cars as you enter the villa on the right side.
• Garbage must be taken outside the villa to bin area between the two adjacent villas
