Our cozy 2 bedroom unit is perfect for a couple or a small Family get away, up to 4 guests to enjoy time away together. Wifi and Telstra TV. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise, yet easily accessible by car or public transport. You will be minutes away from the Runaway bay boutique shops and cafés and an easy walk across the road to the Broadwater where you can take your very own kayaks and stand up paddle boards from the Garage as well as the bikes if you feel like going for a bike ride. The bedrooms contain 1 queen bed and 2 Single beds - all fully made with fresh linen for your comfort and wardrobes with hangers for your clothing. Both also have ceiling fans which are perfect for the warm summer nights. Aircon in the Lounge room. The brand new kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your meals - or if you prefer you can wander down to the cafés and indulge in a delicious meal or the best seafood from award winning Charis Seafood's by the Broadwater. The laundry is beside the Kitchen and contains a washing machine which you are welcome to use for free if you have any laundry to do while you’re here. The open plan lounge is perfect to just sit back and relax while watching Netflix, or you can relax out on the patio with a cup of tea, or a glass of wine. The local cafes, trendy bars and Broad water are just a short stroll away. The park lands have a wonderful kids play ground, BBQ facilities and an enclosed swimming area with its own private beach. If you’re lucky you may even spot a pod of dolphins swimming by as you wander along the Broadwater path. Go down near the Boat ramp and feed the pelicans. No Parties or schoolies bookings thanks. We can organise extra roll-away beds and cots if you require them. Note: Late arrivals after 8pm incur a $100.00 late arrival fee.
