This modern 3 bedroom townhouse holiday home is located in the newly built complex of "Oak 47". Just a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, Miramar shopping center and Fuengirola Town centre. Take a stroll on the extensive 6 km seaside promenade or have lunch in a Traditional Spanish Chiringuito, plus lot's of other bars and restaurants! Enjoy the sandy beaches of Fuengirola or try out the water sports available in the port.
Offering several sunny terraces, the first is directly out from the lounge and has a BBQ and dining area for 6 people, perfect for those relaxing summer evenings. Access through this terrace gate will take you to the communal pool area including a kids pool, indoor gym and sauna. On the top floor we can find the rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe on the comfy sunbeds or enjoy a wine or beer on the lounge sofa set whilst having views to the mountains or partial sea views.
On entry to the house you will find a lovely bright space, with an open plan kitchen and dining/lounge area. There is a breakfast bar with stools in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining area for 6 people and a lounge area with a comfy sofa, chairs and a 50¨smart TV including apps such as Netflix, Prime, Rakuten TV and some international channels. The house also has private secure parking on the carport, hot & cold aircon and free WIFI.
Heading up to the 1st floor are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The 2 guest bedrooms have access to the family shower room.
