Escape to our special summer village at the beach! Cozy in Canoe is located 3 minutes from the popular Canoe beach & boat launch. This is a full service beach which includes a cafe, paddleboard rentals and dog park. Here you can enjoy all that the Shuswap has to offer, hiking, biking, paddling, boating, golf courses, markets and charming wineries . Your family will be close to everything when you stay in our centrally located home. You will be minutes away from a winery, golf courses, go carting, and downtown. Canooligans eatery is just down the street. The fun awaits for everyone.
This newly renovated rancher has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a split king bed, small walk in closet and ensuite with bathtub. There are two more bedrooms each with queen size beds. The main bathroom hosts a walk-in shower and is set up to accommodate 4 guests. The home has airconditioning.
The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of condiments and spices. Appliances include a stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster, hand mixer, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker and all basic kitchen serving and cooking houseware. The kitchen opens up to the serene south west facing back yard inviting you to relax and take in the evening sun. This peaceful retreat is surrounded by trees and fenced yard. The covered patio has comfortable seating for everyone. For those who enjoy grilling, there is a Weber gas grill.
Other amenities include a workstation and a spacious driveway that easily accommodates a boat and trailer as well as several vehicles.
