The farm sits close to the border between South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. With plenty to explore on our doorstep or just a short drive away, it makes the perfect home base for any number of adventures!. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request) and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request).
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and pull out single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Underfloor gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £300. . The Milking Parlour is a beautiful conversion that sleeps up to seven guests, featuring an enclosed private garden with stunning view across the valley and a sheltered hot tub. This property’s garden adjoins its neighbour, The Cow Shed so larger bookings can rent both spaces with access into either garden via a gate; this gives families/gatherings the freedom to move between gardens and double the opportunity for a bubble in the tub!
Entering the property after parking in your private bays, you’ll find the main entrance. On your left is the cosy living space with a log burner and access into the garden, and that all important sheltered hot tub, and on your right the spacious kitchen/dining room. The entire property enjoys excellent insulation and underfloor heating, keeping those toes toasty regardless of the cold outside. The sheltered hot tub seats six adults and faces out over the valley where stunning views of the sunset can be enjoyed whilst soaking up the bubbles. All bedrooms are located upstairs; there is a large kingsize room with ample storage and two additional kingsize rooms, one with its own shower en-suite. The en-suite and the smaller, cosier room offer the option of kingsize/single beds.
There’s nothing better than a refreshing walk in the country air and there are plenty of routes on offer right on the doorstep so make sure you pack your walking boots! A short journey by car reveals even more opportunities; from stunning natural beauty spots, with routes suitable from novice to the most-seasoned ramblers, like Stanage and Curbar Edge or the magnificent Mam Tor. Picturesque villages such as Bakewell and Castleton are great for coffee and cake pit-stops along the way, whilst there’s also tons of great days out for families such as Chatsworth Farmyard and Adventure Playground, The Heights of Abraham, and Alton Towers. Sheffield is only a 20-minute drive away and equally as close to the stunning scenery of South Yorkshire. There are two pubs within walking distance from the farm plus more a short drive away.
