Three bedroom one bath 1000 sqft completely remodeled in 2021. Only a three minute drive to the Monument Hospital or about a 15 minute walk. Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood on the south side of Rapid City. Close to all the tourists attractions and five minutes to downtown.
No house keeping during the stay, Check-in time 3:00 pm, check out time 10:00 am, self check-in with electronic key-less entry located on front door. No smoking of anything inside, pets allowed on a case by case basis, call owner first to discuss this.
One room has a queen bed, second room has one twin bed and third room has one twin bed, gas BBQ, washer and dryer in the unit, clothes steamer. All linens, bedding and towels are provided, 50" smart TV, free high-speed WIFI, fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer and blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Central Air and heat for your comfort.
Due to COVID-19 after each guest checks out the house is treated with Ozone and vented for half a day. Ozone kills 99.9% of all known viruses and is naturally occurring in the environment.

Rushmore, 35 minutes to Hill City, 40 minutes to Crazy Horse.
