House right on the Cumberland river over looking the city. There is no better view to watch the sunsets, sunrises, and Nashville's skyline. Located 5 miles from downtown Nashville and a quick 10 minute drive to Germantown and East Nashville, this home is the perfect mix between quiet suburb and city living. The house sits on the north side of the Cumberland River with beautiful skyline views of downtown.
The first floor has the dinning room, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, air fryer, blender, and plenty of pantry storage. A half-bathroom on the main living area makes it great for entertaining guests. The living room has a large sectional, 70-inch smart TV, and a working antique piano to get acclimated to Music CIty.
