Spectacular very clean character home with charm and history. From the moment you arrive on the property you will be attracted by its beautifully landscaped gardens. This beautiful Large (~1300sqf) 3 bedroom Basement with Private Access and parking is perfect for Travelers and short term rentals. The house includes 3 bedrooms , 2 Queen beds and 1 twin Bed, 4K UHD 75 inch TV, High Fiber Optic Wireless Internet, in building shared laundry, cooking appliances.

This cozy private basement comes with :
1) Kitchen and Cooking appliances. The unit has stove, oven , microwave oven , Tassimo coffee Maker, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.
2) Towel / Pillow / Blanket / Laundry detergent
3) High speed Internet
4) You have access to our beautiful garden It is an ideal place for having breakfast/Dinner and relax .
The place is priced based on number of guests (5 maximum). Guest means any person who enters the place and specifically sleeps over night. We are using security camera for monitoring traffic of the building. If you are a single traveler and would like to book the place please contact the host for a lower special rate.
**IMPORTANT** Highly Strict Rules :
1) No Pet Allowed : Simply NO Pets, Puppies, birds, therapy dogs , etc.
Check-in is not allowed if pets observed. We love pets but unfortunately due to allergy and respecting all guests and keeping things maintained we NEVER allow them to be inside the building.
2) No Smoking : No Smoking inside the unit , we have plenty of outdoor patio that you can use in case you want to smoke cigarettes.
3) Please note that the unit is only available to the number of guests that you have indicated during your booking. The building traffic is monitored by security cameras and any additional person entering the building and staying over overnight is considered a guest which should be coordinated with the host .
To reach the basement you need to use 7 stairs. The entrance is equipped with smart lock so you can easily access the basement. You have access to the full basement which includes living room + 3 bedroom + Full Kitchen + Full bathroom + shared Laundry
We are fortunate to have access to a spectacular quiet neighbourhood. We have direct access to Ravine Greenway trail which is connected to the beautiful McKay Creek and Heywood Park.
Just ~5 minutes walk to the Capilano Mall , one of the largest north shore Malls and shopping centers that includes Walmart, Save on Foods, Food courts , Grocery shops, etc ...
Just ~5 minutes walk to Bus loop where you can go to downtown , sea bus, Grouse mountain, etc. .
