The hot water comes from a solar heater, and the outdoor shower does not have one, sometimes there’s not hot water

Summary: Tania was incredible with her communication. She has a system to send documents that help with finding the house, getting into the property, restaurant recommendations and house rules. The house is located just outside of town, there are a few hills to get to the property and then the property does have stairs, but the stairs make the property incredibly unique. We did rent a golf cart, but could have easily walked to the beach and to town (getting to the town along the beach was quicker than the streets). The waves and ocean are just below and you wake up to sunrises and waves crashing. The pool is the perfect place to cool off in the afternoons. Note that the kitchen is outdoor and the room with the outdoor shower is connected to the bathroom and bedroom (one guest was nervous about creatures getting into the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue). We felt very secure and would absolutely stay here again.
