Completely renovated entire home with everything for your family and friends. Private pool, patio and yard, pool towels, washer/dryer, pool table, darts, tv’s, desks, books, wifi. Literally everything. So close but still PRIVATE so you can actually recharge. 7 min Uber to ACL fest drop off. 11 min to Q2 stadium or The Domain. 6 min to downtown. 3 minute WALK to grocery store, liquor store, pizza, Starbucks, Juiceland. Or 5 min walk to Yamas for Greek… heaven for your belly and your IG.
The space
Completely renovated 3 Bed 3 Bath house with fenced in yard. Pet friendly. Relax in your private yard with your private pool. Kitchen is well appointed. Game room with pool table and dart board. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Game room also has a futon couch that we don’t include as a bed but has linens and someone could certainly sleep there.

Access to the entire home, pool, fenced in back yard. Two off street parking spots in driveway.

We want you to have fun both at our home and in Austin. But, we take very seriously treating our neighbors with respect. This means no big parties, no music outside after dark and no disturbing the neighbors. Most people know how to have fun without disturbing the peace. Please be in this group of people. Our neighbors have our number and we will handle the situation accordingly if problems arise.

Summary: The home has been recently remodeled and every detail has been well thought out. It is more beautiful in person. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels are soft and comfy. We did not prepare any meals at the house, however the kitchen was well equipped for anyone that prefers to. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. We felt right at home and enjoyed our visit to Austin.
