This recently updated 3 bedroom condo in the Summit complex lets you come home to a roaring fire and beautiful sunsets over the mountains after a day on the slopes at Snowshoe. It sits on the West Ridge side so there are no snowcats to keep you up or wake you up in the middle of the night. It is a little tight on space so keep that in mind when deciding how many people to bring. It is definitely cozy for our family of 5. But with its recent renovations of a new kitchen, new doors, and new flooring it's a great choice.
There is luxury vinyl wood floors throughout and we have brought in furniture and fixtures to make sure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. We just updated the kitchen with a new dishwasher, microwave, cabinets, and granite counter top. The unfinished pine trim gives the feeling of being in a mountain lodge.
Using a large set of stairs , the condo is within walking distance to Snowshoe's Village where you can find excellent restaurants and charming shops, as well as a Starbucks to warm yourself up. There is also a free shuttle that takes you to both the slopes and the Village if you would prefer not to walk up the large set of stairs to get there.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy and convenient to make a family meal with range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc. Cooking utensils, and dishes are also provided. If you prefer to leave the hassle of cooking behind, the restaurants in the Village are a short walk or free shuttle ride away.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, and a full bath with a double vanity as well as TV. The second bedroom has a full bed, and a large dresser. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for four kids. The large family room has a 46' flat screen with a DVD player. There is a dining table that fits that sits next to the window, affording you the chance to enjoy the beautiful view. The deck right off the living area faces west to enjoy the beautiful vista.
A brand new washer and dryer are in the condo, to dry out any wet ski clothes.
Parking couldn't be more convenient, no need to unload and then drive off to a far off parking lot as there is parking right in front of the condo for 2 spots. There are passes there for you to use during your stay and you will be expected to put them back in the condo after.

If you are anything like our family, you will appreciate having some of the comforts of home in this condo, and starting to pack up the car to leave will be the toughest part of your stay. Enjoy the ease of staying near the village without feeling like you are staying in a hotel.
