Located steps off of Lonsdale ave, in the heart of the North Shore. Home to countless local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and parks
The 650 square ft condo is located just off Lonsdale Avenue, but surprisingly quiet at night. The building was finished in 2021 and is less than a year old. Touch-less wave to activate main entry. 3300 sq ft gym, lounge & private study area on sub penthouse floor. 360º rooftop patio. Complete with rooftop garden, kids play area, BBQ, seating area & fire pit.
The 1bdrm condo is stylishly furnished, with nothing but comfort and convenience in mind. You should have everything you need and more during your stay, if you don't please let me know and I'll make sure you are taken care of.
The in-unit balcony has a beautiful peek-a-boo view of Coal Harbour and the Lions gate Bridge, as you can see in the photos. You can also see this same view from bed in the master bedroom.
The unit faces west toward Lonsdale Ave, and other condo buildings in the area are far enough away that it feels private, even with all the blinds open.
There is also blackout roll-down shades in the bedroom which block out most of the light in the morning if you like sleeping in.
