Treadwell Three Pines Corner House, is our 1963, 2,800 sq. ft. house in OKC. This house features a primary with an en-suite, 2 more bedrooms (one queen, one full) with a full bath and a half bath in the front of the house. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fans. Sofa in the front living room can be used as a queen bed for 2 additional guests.
There are two living areas, the front living area has a gas starter/wood burning fireplace and the queen sofa bed. The back living room offers a cozy couch, a 75in TV, an equipped office space, and a wall of windows leading to the back patio and outdoor living space.
Our private backyard oasis has a refreshing pool (seasonal), outdoor seating and dining, a propane grill, and a fully fenced yard for your privacy.
The Corner House is also accessible, as a single level home and only two steps to enter the house. Please note there are no handrails for the steps into the pool or in the bathrooms.
Situated just a 15-minute drive from Downtown OKC, you'll be close to popular attractions such as Paycom Center, Scissortail Park, and the Botanical Gardens. Explore the OKC Adventure District with the Zoo and Remington Park, or enjoy the local vibe of Midtown, with favorites like Fassler’s Hall and McNellie’s Irish Pub. The Plaza District is only 12 minutes away, and Will Rogers Gardens and Lake Hefner’s Stars & Stripes Park are just minutes from your doorstep. Our home is also less than 10 minutes away from Integris Hospital. Easy access to the highway and less than 15 minutes from the airport as well.
