This very large 4 Bedroom private detached family villa is located at the top of a quiet cul de sac. It is fitted to a very high standard with marble flooring throughout. It occupies 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large hallway.
Bedroom 1 is a large downstairs ground floor double bedroom with a King Size Bed and its own patio and private sunbathing area outside its own ground floor double bedroom doors agin leading to sun loungers.
Downstairs Bedroom 2 also has twin beds, each with single beds. Downstairs Bedroom 3 also has twin beds, each with single beds.
Upstairs Bedroom 4 is the fourth master bedroom suite also with another King Size bed and its own dressing area, ensuite marble bathroom with bath, shower, wc and bidet. Bedroom 4 also has french doors leading out on to a second large private 10 Metres X 4 Metres walled sun terrace and balcony located on the first floor with its own 4 additional sun beds, again providing complete privacy.
Downstairs there is a marble bathroom with a bath, a shower, sink and vanity unit.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, dishwasher, etc, etc.
There is a separate spacious lounge with 2 settees, SKY TV, fantastic outside dining area with seating for 8 people and its own luxury heated swimming pool and 6 seater Hot Tub Spa, surrounded by terracotta tiles with numerous large sunbathing areas.
There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, maiden, ironing board and iron.
Both the private swimming pool and Hot Tub Spa can both be additionally electrically heated and are both enclosed in their own secluded private walled garden with its own outside lighting and 8 sunbeds. Which completely surrounds The Villa.
The villa is 1 minute stroll to several Italian, French, Mediterranean, Indian, Tapas and English restaurants, coffee bars, pubs, cafes, bakery and supermarkets which are located 200 metres from our family villa. It is also a 1 minute stroll to the sea which is 300 metres away.
