4 Bedroom Villa in Esentepe

Situated along the beautiful coastline of Esentepe, is this 3 story, 4 bedroom detached villa with own private swimming pool, built in 2003. The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 of which are situated on the ground floor). As you enter the property you are greeted with a wrought iron stair case and marble flooring. The hallway flows into an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with a balcony leading off of this, with panoramic views onto the sea. There is an additional benefit of there being a ground floor bathroom. The large staircase leads to the first floor, where the 3rd bedroom is located, this room accommodates a single bed and a cot. There is a large balcony off of this bedroom, with dinning table and chairs, so you can dine al fresco, and watch the sun go down. The third floor accommodates a double bedroom, with separate walk-in shower room. There is another large balcony leading off of the 3rd bedroom, with beautiful views over looking the mountains.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. There are built in wardrobes in 3 or the 4 bedrooms. There are sun loungers, two sets of garden tables and chairs and umbrellas which can be used at the exterior of the property.

Summary: We had a few issues to start with on day one, but was sorted out the next day. The villa was a good size, so plenty of room for a family of six. Great view of the sea and mountain, Shops/restaurants not too far, (in walking distance). But we hired a car so made it earlier. The only thing that we didn't like was it was a bit over looked with another villa's so not alot of privacy. All in all we had a fantastic holiday in and lovely area and enjoy staying at villa Olivia. Thanks Susan.
