Summary: We stayed in early June when the temps hadn't warmed up very much, and the house was quite cool in the shade. I imagine it would be very pleasant in the hot summertime. Host was very accommodating, as we arrived a day late due to complications, and they extended on the back end since no one had reserved that day. It was very gracious and their communication was excellent. House was older, but quiet and great location. For the price we weren't expecting the Ritz, but it was great for our family.
