This beautiful 4BR townhome is conveniently located west of Portland in the peaceful-yet-active community of Beaverton. In less than 10 minutes, you can drive to the Nike World Headquarters, 24 Hour Fitness, Haven Coffee, and grocery stores such as Fred Meyer and Safeway. There are dozens of scenic parks nearby, including the 222-acre evergreen Tualatin Hills Nature Reserve. Back home, you'll love the sprawling floor plan that's big enough for the whole family, multiple walk-in closets, a spacious tub, and fenced backyard.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The fireplaces in this home are inoperable and for decorative purposes only.
To reduce fire hazard, fireplace is not to be used.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• Close to the freeway. Some street/traffic noise can be heard
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
