Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is nice, you can find some places to eat nearby. Parking on territory, easy check in and checkout process.

Negative: The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar. I found several hairs on the towels, and a couple more in the bed itself. Upon turning on the air conditioning on the second floor, there was an immediate and strong smell of cigarette smoke—very uncomfortable for a non-smoker. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens showed noticeable pilling. The bedspread clearly needs dry cleaning, as various stains were visible even in dim lighting. Another significant issue is the lack of sound insulation. When another guest arrived in the morning, the noise was extremely disruptive—the walls seem paper-thin. I will not be returning.
