In the beautiful gated community of Puerto Salina The Marina, resides "Casa del Mar" with your own private sandy beach just a stone's throw away from the gates of this beautiful 5,300 sq ft custom home.
Casa del Mar provides many unique amenities that you will be hard pressed to find in other properties in the Ensenada /Rosarito areas.
A secure drive in parking for multiple vehicles right inside our beachfront grassy yard.
Magnificent palapa with hammocks and surround audio system with an spacious dancing floor and custom lighting.
A private heated pool and spa for you and/or your party to enjoy. When the sea is rough and you aren't up to the adventure of surfing, bask in the Baja sun in our gorgeous pool.
Relax by the poolside as your appointed bartender mixes up some cocktails at the wet bar and prepares delicious Campechanas with the world renowned Chocolate clams that the west coast Baja beaches are known for. Of course the grill is also available to grill up your favorite steaks.
Our property also has internet and television provided by satellite, for when you need to connect with the world outside.
Our home contains 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortable to sleep a party of 10, however we do provide accommodations for larger parties. We have had a party that camped in our magnificent yard, so you aren't limted to just indoors. Imagination is welcome in Baja California.
The roof terrace is available to you, for elegant sunbathing and stargazing. The dolphins also occasionally put on shows. The sunsets of Ensenada become an everlasting memory, be sure to bring friends to share in the experience.
The middle floor houses the master bedroom, complete with ocean view, a private workspace, and en-suite bathroom with shower and jetted bath for when the stresses of the world weigh you down.
The bottom floor is where you will spend most of your time when you aren't adventuring. Complete with a family bathroom, sound system, bar, and full kitchen, everything you need is here. Our caretaker is always available should you require his services as cook, or the services of his wife for laundry and to make arrangements for comfortable massages and more.
Should you be in Baja for a fishing trip, we will happily make arrangements for a boat. We know the oceans well and helped many of our guests find the perfect appointment for their needs.
Other properties may have parking issues but at Casa del Mar always feel secure. Puerto Salina is a private community, with 24/7 patrol. Additionally our property contains private parking right inside our property spacious enough for multiple vehicles.
At night dance away under the magnificent palapa with custom lights and sound system. While you practice bachata, other members of your party will enjoy the soothing waters of the beautifully illuminated pool. Should you already be drained, the palapa also has hammocks perfect for reading and relaxation.
At night the chills of the ocean wash ashore, but this won't deter your stay. Our beachfront fireplace will provide the warmth perfect to recall the day's adventure and relish in nostalgia.
Casa del Mar is near many restaurants,grocery stores,gas stations,convenience stores,Valle de Guadalupe wineries ,the famous lobster village Puerto Nuevo.
