Positive: Matches the description, fits well 2 people, nice spacious balcony. Vacuum cleaner available to remove some of the sand that started to build up. Kitchen had all the basic appliances that you might need, not too much workspace tho. Overally we had nice time there, apart from the noise levels during the evenings.
Negative: Worst part about the apartment was the noise cancellation, lack of it. You will hear pretty much everything happening outside the apartment, it does get quieter after 12 but before that it might be hard to sleep. When neighbors phone is ringing you might mistake it for your own. While vacuum cleaner exists its not very powerful and noisy as well.
