As you walk through the front door, you will notice the open living space with a family room leading into the dining room and kitchen. Don't forget to stop by the bar cart to check out all of the fun stuff we have included for your craft cocktails! The backroom also connects with the kitchen and is the perfect space for watching the game or having a movie night while having access to the amenity-filled backyard. The whole house has high-speed internet and we have two desks for those who might need to do a little work done.
You will be amazed how our professional design team updated the home with all of the modern amenities and features you could dream of while keeping the charm from this 1920's home! Whether you love architecture and design or you are just looking for the best spot to hit Austin's best cafes, restaurants, and nightlife this is the spot for you!
Bedroom Descriptions:
Primary Suite - This primary suite takes the entirety of the second floor. The is an addition to the orginal home and has the most modern design with the feature being a king-sized luxury Nectar mattress with 100% cotton sheets. You will love the walkout balcony that looks over the backyard and will feel like royalty in the gorgeous tiled walk-in shower.
Secondary Suite - This bedroom is nestled on the first floor and has a private entrance so the shared full bathroom. With blackout curtains, a luxury queen mattress, and a sound machine you should get a great night's rest!
Tertiary Bedroom - With a private door to the other side of the bathroom (Jack & Jill) the third bedroom has gorgeous original wood walls with modern decor, a queen-sized bed, and a full-sized mirror.
The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need to cook a delicious meal, a dishwasher to make things easy on you and of course, a high-quality coffee maker (and coffee!) to get the morning started. In-unit washer & dryer.
The backyard! Wow! The highlight of the property is the large backyard with a grill, corn hole, horseshoes, bocce ball, a fire pit, and plenty of seating! This space is perfect for friends, families, and pups to experience Austin!
Located in East Austin, guests will enjoy exploring the many local bars, restaurants, and shops that the neighborhood has to offer. We have two parking spots in our driveway and there is ample parking on the side streets.
Just a heads up—since the neighborhood is on a busy street, so if you happen to be a light sleeper, feel free to use the noise machine we have at home.
