There are multiple living areas: the first surrounding the fireplace and the second by the French doors offering lots of light, with a great room that provides a dining table which seats 8 or more. The family room/kitchen feels very European with stone flooring, a gas burning fireplace with a stone hearth and a natural wood beam mantel. There is a comfy seating area, a second dining table which seats 10, and French doors that open to the outside deck boasting a gas grill and fantastic views of Highlands Mountain and Tiehack lift. The kitchen has an island that seats 4, a desk area, a farmhouse sink, 3 dishwashers, an icemaker, double ovens, a Viking cooktop with 6 burners and a warming drawer, another full-sized prep sink and a large stainless-steel refrigerator. In addition, there is a large walk-in butleru2019s pantry that has a large freezer, storage and a wine room. The home has a Sonos sound system servicing both the inside and outside of the home for you and the family to enjoy all year round, and a hot tub that fits 8 with a large open backyard, and a great deck for summer entertaining. On the lower level is a family room with a surround sound large screen TV, guest bedroom #4, a small kitchenette with a stove, sink and bar fridge. The laundry room is also on this lower level and has an extra-large Samsung washer and dryer.
