The Room:
A spacious, bright, fully furnished room with plenty of natural light. It includes an open-air closet, plenty of storage space, and a dedicated home office area for working comfortably. The room also has a foldable bike for indoor training and a small fit ball—perfect for light workouts if you're into fitness! If you don't need them, I can easily remove them. I can also provide clean bed sheets, towels, and blankets if needed.
About the Apartment:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, air fryer, and all the cooking tools you can imagine.
Bathroom: Spacious, with a bathtub and shower, plus plenty of storage space below and above the sink for your toiletries.
Living Room: Features a comfy bed sofa for guests, a kitchen table for meals or work, and additional storage for cleaning products.
Balcony: The apartment has a balcony, cozy but very nice, as it takes direct sunlight throughout the day. Being on the top floor makes it even more enjoyable—a perfect spot to relax or sip a coffee in the fresh air.
Entrance: Includes an open-air shoes storage area to keep the space organized and tidy.
Trash Disposal: Convenient trash cans for the building are located in front and can be accessed easily with your key.
Lift: The building has a convenient lift, making it easy to access the apartment on the top floor.
