Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.

Summary: I needed a place to stay while handling some final work related to my parents' estates, and this place was perfect for that. It's clean, well-provided, and the owners were courteous and quick in their communications. If you want to be within walking distance of the Paseo and everything that comes with that, you can't really go wrong with this place. There are neighbors, but I didn't hear anything from any of them. It is upstairs, so if you have mobility needs, make sure to communicate about that. Otherwise, it's a nicely furnished living room, kitchenette, and bedroom with quality HVAC.
