Lägenhet om 3 RoK 75 m² i Vallentuna som ligger i en lada "på landet" men ändå nära Täby Kyrkby.
2 relativt stora sovrum, 1 st allrum/matsal/entré. Köket är lite mindre men det finns diskmaskin. I badrummet som renoverades för 3 år sedan går att sätta in TM/TT om man inte vill använda tvättstugan som ligger i annan del av fastigheten. Lägenheten är relativt nyrenoverad och känns fräsch. Intill lägenheten finns en uteplats. Lgh är idag delvis möblerad men går att hyra omöblerad.
Finns ytterligare en lägenhet i ladan men det känns som man bor själv i ett "hus" modell större.... Hästhagar och skog är omgivningen kring ladan.
Är ca 2,5-3km till Täby Kyrkby/Roslagsbanan så bil är att föredra. Tar annars ca 10 min med cykel eller ca 30 min om man promenerar till Kragstalund station.
Uppvärmning görs framförallt med luftvärmepumpen. Stödvärme i respektive rum med elradiatorer.
Mindre och ganska lugna husdjur kan vara ok. Närmsta granne är en hästhage så måste fungera ihop med hästar.
Hyrestid minimum 6 månader men diskussion om hyreslängd kan göras.
Om man gillar skog och långa promenader, att bo enskilt och lugnt (men ändå ganska nära civilisationen) med hästhagar inpå knuten så kanske det här är lägenheten ni söker.
