Villa på landet som ligger enskilt utan närliggande grannar, men ändå nära trafikerad väg med bussar mot Uppsala via Örsundsbro och mot Enköping. Närhet till bra väg gör det möjligt att arbeta både i Uppsala, Enköping och Stockholm. I Örsundsbro finns närmaste affär och vårdcentral mm. Villan är ett fd Dragontorp med anor från 1800-talet, med tillhörande tomt på ca 1700 kvm, som renoverats till full modern standard med golvvärme i badrum och hall. Generellt är huset i mycket god kondition, efter en omfattande utvändig renovering 2015. Då tilläggsisolerades väggar och tak, dessutom byttes alla fönster ut mot treglas isolerfönster. Huset är uppvärmt med direktverkande el, men pga att huset är välisolerat så blir uppvärmningskostnaderna ändå inte överdrivet stora. För helåret juni 2023 - maj 2024 uppgick de totala elkostnaderna för huset till drygt 21000 kr. Utöver bostadshuset finns flera mindre byggnader, som härrör från tiden då huset var en mindre gård. Idag används dessa byggnader för förvaring. Platsen är idealisk för den som vill bo lantligt, men ändå ha tillgång till bra kommunikationer. Dessutom håller fiber på att dras in i fastigheten.
