Looking for the perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg? Come join us at "A Beary Wonderful Life" a very cozy and upscale condo. This condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom all on one level and new to the rental market. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you would need during your stay. The owners have added a multi-game and board games for your entertainment. The balcony of this condo overlooks the swimming pool and space needle where they shoot off fireworks during New Years. LOCATION is great! A Beary Wonderful Life is just a 1 minute drive or a 15-minute walk from downtown Gatlinburg where you can enjoy the NEW Blake Shelton Ole Red restaurant and bar, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Etc. 15-minute drive to Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Want to grill out? You are just a short walk from the beautiful Mynatt Park (622 Historic Nature Trail) where they have charcoal grills, picnic tables, basketball court, playground, and much more.
Important Information: This condo is located on the 2nd floor and is ONLY accessible by stairs. This complex does NOT have elevators.
Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
