This fully-renovated fisherman's cottage is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the batobus to Lorient/Groix, with several kilometers of coastal paths nearby, shops 5 minutes away and a seaside playground (basketball, soccer, boules, rocking horse, swing).
Set in 84 m² of living space, with an 18 m² sunny terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, this pretty house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms: 2 140x190 bunk beds and a spacious, light-filled 180x200 bunk bed on the mezzanine floor under the mansard, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. WC. The apartment is equipped with WIFI. Easy parking nearby.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
