Positive: The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful! They went above and beyond by offering coffee to our friend who was waiting for us, even though he wasn't a guest at the villa. The location is also excellent. Additionally, they have a vacuum cleaner on-site and were very helpful with my packing, specifically by assisting me with my vacuum-sealed bags.

Negative: The breakfast selection is very limited. For those who prefer savory options, the only edible choice was a sandwich, as there wasn't much else available. While there is a small selection of sweet items, I don't eat sweets in the morning, so I found the options quite lacking.
