Superbly located for a couple wanting a special break in luxurious accommodation, this extremely spacious apartment is only yards from a lovely beach. Parking is in a private allotted space and you will notice an outdoor secure storage unit, ideal for surfboards etc. From the front of this select apartment complex, you will immediately be drawn to the stunning views which are also visible from both your patio and inside. The open plan living area is extremely spacious with comfy sofas and a large dining table as well as a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. A double bedroom and a large impressive shower room with large walk-in shower complete the accommodation. A patio, right outside the door, provides the ideal spot for breakfast together overlooking the beach, or later in the evening to relax and watch the sun go down. With access to a private footpath leading down to the beach, this apartment provides the perfect opportunity to spend a day by the water with the convenience of being able to return for meals or drinks at any time. For that special treat, one of the finest restaurants in Cornwall, at the exclusive Scarlet Hotel, is only a stroll away, or for a more casual evening the Merrymoor Inn opposite the beach, has a good reputation locally for both food and fine local ales.
