The space
There are 4 bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed with a ceiling fan and direct access to a walk through bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot bath and seperate shower. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds with ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and is situated off the master bedroom but also has direct access from the front verandah. There is a small breakfast nook situated along side the fully appointed kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or casual dinner or if formal is more your thing the dining room seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen, breakfast nook, lounge and dining are fully air-conditioned for your comfort but the natural breezes are easily captured through the french doors which open onto the 3 verandahs.

The whole home is for your use and enjoyment. Their is a small herb garden beside the driveway, strawberries planted in the old wash tubs and a plentiful mulberry tree to enjoy when in season. If your a gardener, feel free to water or dead head the flowers, they thrive on the attention or just admire the view if you wish
