Summary: Because it was graduation weekend, all the hotels in the area had doubled their normal prices. I decided to try Vrbo for the first time and found this place. Having never used Vrbo before, I didn't know what to expect, but it was just what we needed. The price was reasonable, it isn't "brand new" but it is clean, spacious, has parking in the driveway, kitchen if you want to refrigerate leftovers, cook, etc. Comfortable king size bed w/foam mattress, 2 large closets and plenty of hangars. The tub faucets were a little tricky; at first I didn't think they worked, but you just use the middle knob; that would have been good to know ahead of time. I had a lot of questions and all were answered within a reasonable time. Good location, close to the highway. The only suggestion I would offer to the owner would be that one night we heard (maybe a child?) running back and forth upstairs. We had had a long day and were pretty tired, so we fell asleep right away, but it might have disturbed a light sleeper. I'm sure if I texted them, they would respond but we were okay with it. I would go there again.
