Being 98 miles from aspen, 40 miles from powderhorn, and 60 miles from crested butte makes this a screaming winter deal as both Montrose and grand junction airports are within an hour drive. A flat drive I might add. Save yourself the unpredictable drive from DIA and check out the western slope.
We offer affordable lodging with great skiing nearby and national forest in every direction. Located steps from recently renovated “Main Street” Hotchkiss. This is the perfect home-base to enjoy whatever it is that brought you to Delta county.

Summary: The advertising was unclear about wi-fi or television services. I did contact owner and he said he would check about a wi-fi hot spot but never responded. Owner did have plenty of DVD's to watch. The oven was broken, and the showerhead in master bath sprayed on ceiling, it had a leak. Overall, I was dry, warm, and had a super-hot shower and lots of microwave meals. The price was right and was better than a motel room for as many nights as I had to stay for work
