Durango's stunning red cliffs serve as the idyllic backdrop to this professionally-designed home. Step inside to an open floor plan and a spacious dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows where you'll want to gather for a good meal, board games, and views of the abundant wildlife. Or maybe you'll opt to relax in one of the window seats in the living room. With over 300 days of sunshine annually in Durango, it's always a good time to grab a book and settle in.
The gourmet kitchen is sure to captivate your inner-chef with its soapstone countertops and modern finishes, all stocked to a budding chef's delight. The main floor also offers a private bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent, full bathroom. The two additional private bedrooms are located on the second floor. One room, with a queen bed and the second, with a bunk bed.
Need another place to rest your head after a long day playing in the mountains? Feel free to use the cabinet bed in the loft that easily converts into a queen bed. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
