Locals and repeat visitors alike know what a great lake Torch is for vacationing, swimming, boating, tubing, and just plain old sightseeing. This cottage is close to many professional and recreational golf courses, Traverse City shopping and the wineries of Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas. Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs are round trip same day great places to explore.
Whether you bring your own boat or rent one at one of the many marinas in the area spending time relaxing or enjoying some water sports is one of the many forms of entertainment in the area.
