The Aliso Street Adobe is a historical landmark on a quiet street in downtown Ojai walking distance to everything!
The home is in pristine condition.
It has central heat and air and shades and sheers on the windows. The shades in the bedroom are blackout shades for those who like a dark room.
The adobe has solid hardwood floors throughout and a sweet private Saltillo tile patio on the east side of the Kitchen. The front porch is Saltillo tile as well and it's nice place to sit and watch the world go by as it is situated right between both local farmers market's.
The bathroom has Spanish tile and a vintage ball and claw foot tub with a full shower as well as a hand held.
We never use toxic cleaning products and artificial scents and all linens are either organic or OKEO-TEX certified. All bedding is high quality linen in the summer and optional flannel in the winter.
All pots and pans are stainless steel, not aluminum.
The range is mint condition vintage and the fridge is a Smeg.
There is a large screen Samsung television and a DVD that plays CD's with an old collection of CD's .... not a turntable I know, but kind of fun.
It's an easy walk up Signal St. to the Shelf Road trails and of course just a few minutes walk to anywhere in town and there are two nice cruiser bikes with baskets as well on which you can enjoy the 17 mile Ojai bike path with.
