Positive: The proximity to the beach is amazing! It's within easy walking distance to the coffee shop and restaurant at Otter Rock, the tide pools, and also gorgeous Beverly Beach with miles of uncrowded walking. Newport has excellent restaurants and all needed amenities. The A-frames are older but well-maintained. This was our second stay.
Negative: There is a washer and dryer set in the bathroom with a note not to use them. We didn't have laundry, so it was fine.
Summary: Great relaxing coastal getaway for this couple.
