Summary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the BEST property we’ve ever visited (and we travel a lot)! Geoff and Theresa are an absolute delight to work with. The condo is immaculate! I am a “clean freak“ and I am very hard to please when it comes to cleanliness. I was over the moon with how clean the condo is. It is beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. Check-in was seamless. Location is PRIME! The property and amenities phenomenal. We loved being able to sit on the balcony for our morning coffee and barbecue there for dinners. The pool and hot tub are sublime. The local bodega (and the owner) also deserve 10 stars. We have been visiting Santa Monica every summer for seven years. We were saddened that our previous condo was no longer available as the building has been sold. We never thought we would find another condo that would meet all of our expectations and fulfill our hearts like our old one had for so many years. Suffice it to say we have found our new Santa Monica home away from home! Book this condo now if you have the chance! Thank you Geoff and Theresa for everything!
