American Eagle - An ideal choice for a family vacation! This recently renovated home is located in the Goodyear Lake community with access to the lake directly across the street. It is convenient to youth baseball tournaments at Dreams Park and All Star Village.
Your hosts provide 2 kayaks, a basketball hoop, and a fire pit for fun for the whole family. The spacious open rear deck has a hot tub. The bald eagle can be seen regularly as it lands in the pine trees. There is also a covered front porch with patio furniture for relaxing.
This home features an open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen areas. The game room in the finished basement has a large TV, a pool table and a dartboard. The living / dining area has hardwood flooring and the bedrooms have w / w carpet.

Summary: EVERYTHING about our stay was remarkable! It was so wonderful to have a comfortable, quiet and SAFE place to return to after games. Due to weather we had a game in the middle of the night. I didn’t think twice about leaving at 11:30 and returning at 2:30am. There are some places I have stayed in which I would not have felt comfortable enough to do that. The amenities were wonderful as well. Hot tub was great! Wish we had more time for the game room. If/when we return with our younger son - I will be crossing my fingers that the American Eagle is available.
