Summary: I normally stay at americinns, this one I can say wasn't my favorite. I'm in a wheelchair and every single exterior door you have to pop a wheelie to get into because there is a lip, the entrance by the dumpsters has many uneven surfaces which again you have to pop a wheelie to get up. The pool area had seats to help handicapped people into the pool and hot tub myself and another lady were unable to use the chair to get into the pool or the hot tub. Thankfully I have upper body strength and can hoist myself up and around but seeing her struggle I even in a wheelchair myself asked if I could help her get out of the hot tub. This claims to be assessable and I guess it is to people who are able bodied, when entering to check in you are faced with a rather steep ramp and going to the pool another steep ramp. I guess people who want to claim their properties are assessible to handicapped people should walk around blind folded, then on crutches, then in a wheel chair and reconsider how they advertise.
