Summary: Overall this building is great. Awesome location and close to restaurants and stores. The beach is steps away. The unit we stayed in was in fact not cleaned before we arrived. The couches were filthy, walls dirty, bathrooms were gross. I had to pick hair out of the drains. The beds were stained. Carpets were filthy. The kitchen was not wiped down. The garbage disposal has toys and garbage in it. I also had to dig the stuff out of it so it wouldn’t break. We rented this unit threw Holiday Real State and they were great very easy to deal with. But my disappointment was we paid for a cleaning fee and I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies and wipe the place down myself they didn’t even have the decency to offer our cleaning fee back at least. I’m not much of a complainer but this was uncalled for. A day of our vacation was wasted cleaning. Like I said the building overall was great and can’t complain overall about Holiday Real State they were a great host it just bothered me once I called they didn’t want to make it right by accommodating us with at least a cleaning fee back.
