Positive: Don't be fooled by the name: This is not a Aparthotel, but are two apartments (accessible through a inner courtyard) managed by the same owners. So if you are searching for hotel facilities such as a Reception or something, this is the wrong place for you - but if you are happy with a proper, clean and nice little apartment, don't hesitate booking this! The owners, Kote and Inga, are extremely friendly and warm-hearted. During my stay of several days, they were texting on a regular basis to ask if everything was fine and if they could help with anything (from recommendations of cultural and musical events to a private tour through the city, they care about their guests to the absolute maximum possible). The apartment itself is not in the touristic center of the city (as you can see in the information), but still close enough to get there even by foot. It's not far from the railway station either. And as a plus, the location is in a very living and fancy part of the city, with a lot of co-working-spaces, some modern and international restaurants, many and good places to shop groceries - and of course with "Fabrica", the pulsing heart of a young and multicultural generation, only some 250 meters away.

Negative: The access through the inner courtyard might be a little awkward if you don't like that kind of thing - but it might just as well be a very fascinating positive bonus if you are the kind of person that likes to dip in into the true life of local people and to see behind the neat fassades. As for the apartment itself, the only real inconvenience is the shower that has only some tiny glass walls at the side, which leads to a lot of water flooding the bathroom if you don't shower extra carfully. Sure, in Georgia many places don't have a separated shower at all, so this is still better than other places may be - but as Booking.com asked to write anything negative, this was the only thing there was... However, my personal advice: Be aware you will have to dry sweep the bathroom floor after showering (or just not use the bathroom until it dried up by itself) and book this location anyways; you will not regret it.
