A 5-minute drive from the residence can lead you to: Aqualudique Park - wellness area (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi), spa, massage jets, fitness room, 25 m indoor pool, outside play area with slide and paddling pool.
This small park with wooden bungalows is situated at a distance of 300 meters from the beach and sea. The park has a swimming pool heated to a temperature of 24 degrees, which is open from the 28th of April until the 7th of October. Other facilities of the park include: a launderette, a minimarket (open the whole season), a bar and restaurant (open from mid June to early September). Guests of the park can use an electric grill. Grilling with fire / charcoal is prohibited. Wi-Fi Internet connection available. Less than 100 meters away you will find a restaurant, bar, supermarket, pizzeria and bike rental. At the beach, in the park and in the village, there are a multitude of possibilities for fun for the whole family.
Air-conditioned bungalows with fresh hues spread across one hectare, on the border of the marine lake or the reeds, the local bamboo, all having a note of exoticism so particular to this place.

This bungalow is suitable for up to 2 persons and its total area is around 20 m², terrace included. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (80x190) and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hot plates, a refrigerator, a micro-wave oven, a coffeemaker, storage units and dishes. There is also a dinning area. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet.
All wooden bungalows are equipped with air-conditioning and were recently renovated. Each bungalow has a covered terrace with patio furniture.

The modern Gruissan has a beautiful marina, white sandy beaches and offers a wide range of cultural and sports activities. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday evenings there is a lively market. In the surrounding forests and nature areas you can go hiking and cycling. The extensive forests of fragrant pine trees contain a rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches have soft, white sand, and you can spend hours in the sun, building sand castles and swimming in the sea. The vineyards of the Massif de la Cape are also highly recommended. There are many different wines that you can sample in one of numerous cellars. Horseback riding, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, discos, cinemas, an amusement park, castles and festivities - everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and everything that the Languedoc has to offer!
Leisure and entertainment in the resort: all water sports at the Pôle Nautique des Chalets or at Mateille, cinema, discos, ranch for horseback riding, numerous bike trails (possibility of trips supervised by Monitor BE) or hiking in the Massif de la Clape, Park Aqualudique and Balneo area (special rates for our guests).
Discoveries:
The Cathar castles, the cellars of the winegrowers of Corbières and Clape, Salins, the Abbey of Fontfroide, the city of Carcassonne, the monumental complex of Narbonne and all the picturesque villages of the territory of Narbonne open their door.
