Villa La Rogaia is located in a panoramic position in the middle of nature above Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany, near Cortona, Perugia, Assisi.

Then we recommend our apartment 'La Pipo' (45 sqm) for 2 - 3 people in the small holiday home of La Rogaia: The white marble apartment with kitchen and one bedroom is flooded with light all day. It has a generous effect due to the merging, high rooms, the colors white and blue dominate. The kitchenette is made of a large solid Carrara marble block, as are the wash basin and shower tray. From the bedroom terrace (south side) the view over the pool in the Mediterranean garden with fragrant roses and herbs on meadows, lavender fields and olive groves. We have also set up a small seat in front of the kitchen (north side) so that you can always find a sunny or shady seat outside in front of your apartment. Pets are welcome!
